I've seen that page before. It is actually just a sub-section of a major dating page.
These pages are such rip offs. It ussually cost $25 a month to write people, and most of the ads are years old and the people your writing doesn't even have the same e-mail address anymore.
Some of them like Friendfinder and AmericanSingles are big time scams. It cost $25 to write people, and then it cost them $25 if they want to write you back.

Here is a whites-only dating service that is pretty new. It's hard to use, the software is defective. There are also 4.4 guys for every one girl.
However, it is free so at least your not getting ripped off.
