Despite daily attacks for months in the Jewish controlled press, support for Mel Gibsons' "The Passion" on the streets is reaching epic proportions.
According to Faith 19, which aired an interview with Gibson over the weekend, distribution has reached a staggering 3,500 theaters, shattering records. (The AP wire is reporting 2,800 theaters)
Many theaters have sold out entire showings to church groups.
Icon Productions (Mel Gibsons' company) has signed several multi-million dollar deals for merchandise including jewelry, books, and t-shirts.
