Introduction to Crichton E.M. Miller ~~~~
Iââ¬â¢m sure readers on this forum have already heard at least some this; that the Celtic cross is actually an ancient measuring device. I had heard it second-hand myself and thought, ââ¬Åhow nice,ââ¬Â and that was it. Still, nothing prepared me for the amount of work Miller put into his discovery, nor (for that matter) how well-written his book is. Titled The Golden Thread of Time, itââ¬â¢s only available in Britain, so far as I know. But there are a few websites below for lots of interesting reading.
Miller's Basic Discovery (From Amazon.uk's website)
In 1997 Crichton E M Miller, a qualified navigator, made an astounding discovery that will change the way we see history and religion. This discovery is a revelation that reveals how our ancestors thought, their view on spirituality and their true capabilities.
What Crichton discovered is that the Celtic cross was a mathematical measuring instrument that allows any observer, with sufficient knowledge, to find their geographical position anywhere in the world. You could say it was the world's first computer, certainly the working cross still is an instrument that can be used for remarkably accurate navigation, astronomy and surveying. Having made this discovery, Crichton was awarded a British Patent an the instrument in November 2000, proving that the cross is unique, that it actually works and that it is fully capable of achieving all the functions that he claims for it.
Crichton went on to research the cross as an ancient instrument of navigation throughout history and discovered that there are actual artifacts of this instrument in the Great Pyramid of Khufu at Giza, Egypt. Thus proving that pyramids all over the world could not exist without the cross and therefore the cross is older than the pyramids. Crichton's excellent research shows how the Ancient Egyptian knowledge was derived from the skills of even more ancient sea going people that crossed the Atlantic and other oceans of the world long before Christopher Columbus.
Crichton then goes on to show how they built and used a network of pyramids, henges and megaliths to find latitude, longitude and tell time with an accuracy beyond the comprehension of an uninitiated observer. Crichton reveals how and why the star cults were born, why the zodiac was invented, how the very concept of time was understood leading on to a enlightened and spiritual understanding of nature and the cosmos.
Revealed to the public for the first time in thousands of years, this forgotten knowledge helps unravel the truth about our prehistoric past, the roots of our religions and the foundations of our societies. The cross is the missing part in the jigsaw of the "Mysteries" and the resulting book "The Golden Thread of Time" is not for the faint hearted or the closed-minded.
Synopsis of The Golden Thread of Time
Crichton has discovered that the most important icon in Christian faith is not just what it seems to be and that the cross really was the most highly sophisticated and practical mathematical instrument ever devised by ancient Man. Having patented the working cross. Crichton then went on to discover one in the Great Pyramid at Giza proving that the cross is older than the pyramid and that the pyramid could not exist without the cross. Making an investigative voyage from the pre Ice Age peoples to the Free Masons of the present day, Crichton uncovers the mysterious and often tragic past of the real cross. This forgotten knowledge has been lost for over 2000 years reveals the true nature of ancient wisdom exposing the design and use of stone circles and pyramids. Crichton explains the meaning of the Serpent, the number of the Beast, the Vine of life at finally proves that ancient sailors really were able to cross the oceans of the world long before Columbus. Crichton goes on to show how Astrology and the Zodiac were invented and how the ancients used this knowledge to prophesy the future and understand the very nature of Time itself. Using reason and commonsense, this well written and researched work exposes the lost knowledge of the most powerful Magicians to ever walk our planet.
From the Publisher
It has taken Crichton a lifetime to discover these amazing revelations plus four years of constant work and research to produce this book so that others may share his joy in discovering the lost key of the wisdom of our ancestors.
This work may make a significant change over the coming years to our present historical and spiritual views.
It is a mixture of reason and common sense, art and poetry, spiritual explanations and hard nosed geometry.
No future historian or archaeologist will be able to unravel the truth about our past with out reference to Crichton's discovery.
Read it for yourself, it may change your thoughts on history and religion forever.
From the Author
This discovery is a gift that I feel destined to pass on to my fellow man. The time for holding secrets has past.
In our confused and dangerous world of fear, separation from nature and spiritual poverty,it is time to get back to basics.
The basics are still to be found in our past and I have the honour of passing one of these original ancestral archetypes on.

The Golden Thread of Time.
"Chaos rules the world of Man and Nature in the moment of now Order will return for a while in the cycle of the times, but the World will never die, The Vine of Man and Woman may wither and pass away . New Birth will come and Ma-at return. New eyes may greet the rising of the Sun In distant future, another kind may taste the living air of ancient dead and rise in life from the dust of ages, To wonder once again at the stars and keep the Time to sail the seas on wind and tide. They who are to walk the earth will spin beneath the ruthless eye of Starry Serpent and watch the hoary Twelve sail by with Orion at the helm And will they see the Sun give life by day? As did we, and live in balance with the world For a while. What clothes will you wear, my love? And how shall I recognise thee? Will we be as One as once before? When we meet again in this ship of life. in distant times, On the Golden Thread of millions of years."

His stuff is quite worth the effort: A challenging, perfectly logical explanation for at least a few of the little "unexplainables" in European history.
