The fundamental causes of war must be studied, and they must first be removed.
It seems that George Washington would've appreciated Hideki Tojo more than he would've claimed any connection to the American leadership of the 20th and 21st centuries. A half century later, arrogant American leaders will "try" Saddam Hussein on even more spurious grounds, if such a thing is possible.
