Folks, here is a man who told it like it is and was, and because he had back bone, and spoke the truth this caused certain men with out character or love of country and it's people, to want the two time Medal of Honor recipient court marshalled and his stars removed. Smedley Butler along with Billy Mitchell, Charles Lindbergh, Herbert Hoover, Joe McCarthy, Douglas MacCarthur, Commander George Rockwell, Elizabeth Dillion Stokes, and Huey P. Long, and there is a separate thread on him here at O.D. All of these patriot's and many other's are unkown to most of U.S. and most all college graduates. I attended a Univeristy for three years, and not one history professor, or political science professor mentioned them or mentioned very little when they were brought up.. omission's on history were the rule I learned while attending college on G.I. bill, and I wish I would have had one W.N. back then share idea's with me, and my time would have been much more productive back them, I had instincts, but no fact's to the fight back with so much of the B.S. that out at the time, which was before Jared Taylor's fine work and help to all of U.S. As I am using Smedley Butler's name on this forum, I hope to never write anything of dishonor while I use his name, as he was very honorable gentleman, general, patriot, and example of great white man, not born to money. Lt. General Lewis Walt, wrote a book in 1979 titled "The Eleventh Hour" on Carolyn Press, it sold a total of I think 40,000 copies, after the book was put out. This gentleman, patriot, and a Marine leader who was VERY respected by all branches, and many Senators, was forced out and did not get his fourth star.. I know an 80 year old retired Navy Captain who praised him as leader. Now I say all our star rank officer's of today are perhaps sadly all a bunch of "yes men"..
