This morning I heard a promotional ad on the radio for "Congressional Black Caucus WOW Program", with WOW probably meaning "Whitey OWs us", or perhaps "WOW, free money and shit", performed by Congonegress, errr Congresswoman, Barbara Lee. How can they elevate the black home ownership without making whitey pay for it? One web site says:
In 2001, the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) launched "With Ownership, Wealth" (WOW) to promote African American homeownership and to add 1 million African American homeowners by 2005. African American homeownership continues to lag behind the rates of majority populations. Despite the fact that minority homeownership grew four times faster than for whites in the 1990s, the African American homeownership rate is still only 46.7 percent, lagging far behind the 73 percent rate for white families and 67 percent for the nation as a whole.
A number of trade associations, community based organizations and housing and financial services companies have joined the CBCF in the WOW initiative as partners, pledging action to achieve the goal of 1 million new African American homeowners. The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORSî is an original partner in the WOW and has pledged to:
* Advocate public policies to expand homeownership opportunities.
**Promote to the public the need for increased minority homeownership through the HOPE Awards.**
* Increase awareness among REALTORSî regarding programs which expand **housing opportunities such as the Section 8 homeownership program.**
* Educating REALTORSî about expanding their marketing to African American and other minority communities through the **At Home with Diversityî** course.
* Encouraging local and state REALTORî associations to participate in and partner with local WOW efforts.
The WOW program focuses on outreach to the African American community through homeownership fairs; African American radio and newspaper media campaigns; community-based partnerships that involve various parties; seminars for potential home buyers; one-on-one credit counseling service; access to city and state funds for down payment and closing cost assistance; and in-depth information about the best mortgage financing options available through the participating lenders and their affiliates.

They can't.
Man, just think of all the hoops the average white has to jump through to buy a home, especially in CA.

An apartment complex was converted to condos near a place I used to live. The prices didn't make any sense as the value was questionable. At the time I was speculating that they were hoping to populate it with section 8 "buyers" who'd be subsidized and thus wouldn't care about the price so much. This article does mention "section 8 homeownership program".

The CA. buget is serious and not many are talking about it, but this is scary to me and I do not live there, and of course my state Oregon is sneaky taxing in every way they can and are too.. Buck Knives has been in El Cajon CA. since 1908 I think and the grandson who is 59 move the Company to North Idaho and was to open this past Oct.. The Bonds they want to sell in CA. have to be approved by voter's. In 1995 59.8 % of the CA. voters, voted for prop 187 in the face of hurricane of collectivist B.S. in the media/talk radio screaming racist haters etc., still it passed, and was nullified by Gay Davis.. The bill if allowed to be inacted would have seen CA. today with no money me$$, along with schools, and hosipitals which are kept open with federal money etc. What's my point? My points is the GOVT. As we know it, does not care what our feelings on Mexican invaders are, and runs P.S.A.'s on Radio'e telling U.S. love the invader's and don't call them Mexican's... I will try not to post on this again, but it is going to worse if white feet don't get in the streets to protest against any more of this at state capitals.. Succession may became real again though no one talks of it. NOT one state capital has said no to D.C. or Mexicans/ African/ savages either... On the five minute radio news yesterday, they interviewed a Mexican witha an interpertor who translated that the invader felt slighted/discriminated against, by not getting a CA. driver lic. etc.. See the irony in it! Interesting how all this will play out.. When Twing came in office, if I remember rightly he okayed the hired of more alphabet police. This govt. does not want U.S. to resist treason/invasion, as it's not being a good N.W.O serf, as the elite's who know better than all of U.S.
