Noam Federman, an Israeli Jew, is cruelly being held hostage by a six-month administrative detention order in the Ashmoret Prison. Noam Federman has NOT been charged with any crime, but is being held captive under a law that enables the IDF and the Minister of Defense to detain a citizen up to six months with no stated reason. The measure was traditionally used against Arab terrorists, but shamefully has recently been used against some Jews as well.
Mr. Federman has been on a four-week hunger strike, hoping to be moved to a different prison where there aren't any "Palestinian" terrorists to threaten him, and expects normal prison visitation and phone rights which are currently trampled upon and denied.
Women in Green's Ruth Matar wrote this week about the Israeli government's abuse of the administrative-detention tool, a legal instrument left over from British Mandate days. In her article, which can be read at , she cited a few examples: "The latest victim of Administrative Detention abuse is Noam Federman, a 34-year-old man with a wife and seven children, the oldest twelve years old, and the youngest one year old. He has literally been whisked away from his family and imprisoned in solitary confinement since September 22 of this year, without being charged. He has been put in a cell block together with Arab terrorist murderers, who continually shout threats against his life. "To protest his incarceration, Noam Federman has started a hunger strike. He has already lost 20 kilos (44 pounds), because he is only consuming liquids. His wife, Elisheva, has asked that these liquids be either milk or juice in order that he have some nourishment, but her request has been denied. She has further requested that a doctor be allowed to examine him. This request has been denied as well by the Shabak (GSS). No one is allowed to visit him in prison, not even his wife Elisheva. She has seen him only twice since his imprisonment, once during the Sukkot holiday, and one other time when the court ordered that he be allowed to attend his daughter's Bat Mitzvah celebration for two hours. On both these occasions Noam Federman was in handcuffs and leg-irons, and chained to a Shabak agent, so that he could not have a private conversation with anyone, including his wife. "Noam Federman is a law school graduate, but is forbidden to practice law. Some people believe that the reason for Federman's imprisonment is that he has published a booklet which advises people who are arrested by the Shabak, amongst other authorities, of their legal rights, such as being silent when interrogated... "Convicted Arab terrorist murderers are being released in groups of hundreds, allowing them to immediately organize further attacks and to once again kill Jews. Jewish citizens, on the other hand, are put in Administrative Detention for political reasons by a government fearful of popular protest. "But it is one thing to use emergency wartime regulations to fight the country's enemies and preserve its security interests, and quite another to employ them arbitrarily to intimidate political opponents!"

If I were a Palestinian Arab, I'd become a "terrorist murderer" too when confronted by Zionist atrocities. Israel was founded on deception and terrorism, and now they're reaping a measure of what they've sown. As for the Palestinians, a few of them have sunk to the Israelis' level by killing children and other helpless noncombatants; however, the sheer cruelty and humiliation of the Israeli occupation is the reason why Palestinian hatred boils over. Every attack by Palestinians on adult male settlers or Israeli soldiers is perfectly justified, and even though the Palestinians are not of my race, I salute their courage and ingenuity in the face of such terrible odds.

If you were a "Palestinian" Arab, willing to be another terrorist murderer, Israel should at least deport you to one of your many Arab countries or better yet, destroy you like the brute beast you are. That's the best prevention against terrorists striking again! (Other than Israel's repentance and return to God and His Torah and then dealing with the symptoms of their former spiritual disease).

Saturday all of Ma'arat HaMachpela was open, including the Isaac Hall, accessible to Jews only 11 days during the year. The building was packed with people throughout the day, and especially during morning prayer services, from early in the morning until midday. On Friday night thousands also worshiped outside in the courtyard.
Friday night guests participated in Shabbat programs and lectures both in Kiryat Arba and Hebron. Saturday afternoon thousands of people wandered the streets of Hebron, touring and receiving explanations about Hebron's neighborhoods and sights.
Food and accomodations were arranged for many of the guests by Hebron's Jewish Community. Many people slept in public buildings in Kiryat Arba and Hebron, and many youth slept in sleeping bags under the stars. Families hosted tens of visitors, with many guests sleeping on kichen and living-room floors.
A Hebron spokesman issued the following statement: Hebron has tremendous public support, as proven by the multitudes who visited the city for Shabbat. Only a few weeks ago Hebron hosted tens of thousands during the Succot holiday. The fact that so many people continue to visit Hebron attests to the importance and significance the People of Israel has for its land and holy cities. Despite the continuing terror and violence, Am Yisrael has not given up. To the contrary, Jews have become stronger and even more steadfast in their convictions: All Eretz Yisrael belongs to the Jewish people. We cannot and will not leave our land. Hebron must remain Jewish forever. 2. Court rejects demolition order The Israel Supreme today accepted an appeal by Hebron Arabs, forbidding the IDF from implementing a demolition order issued a year ago, following the murder of 12 Jews between Hebron and Kiryat Arba. The order was issued by Central Region Commander, General Moshe Kaplinsky, and included a number of buildings, most of which were abandoned and falling apart, between the two communities. The structures pose both a security and safety threat to Jews walking to and from Ma'arat HaMachpela in Hebron. Supreme Court Justice Moshe Heshin chastised Kaplinsky, saying that "his hand had been too fast to sign the demolition orders."
A Hebron spokesman issued the following statement: The Supreme Court, long known for its left-wing ideology, has again offered comfort to Israel's enemy. Last year, 12 men, including Colonel Dror Weinberg, commander of the Hebron region, eight other officers and soldiers and three civilians, were murdered by terrorists. The only tangible reaction by the State of Israel was the demolition orders issued by General Kaplinsky, in an effort to prevent further attacks. Since that time fifteen others were killed in and around Hebron. It is incomprehensible how the 'high court' values crumbling Arab houses over Jewish life. We call on the Knesset to pass a law allowing the IDF full authority to take measures necessary for the security of the country and its citizens, without Arab recourse to the Supreme Court.
This afternoon Arab Knesset member Abed Dahamshe arrived at the prison to visit Lebanese terrorist Mustepha Dhirani, whose cell is adjacent to Federman's. According to the Kol Rina news agency, Federman cursed and spit at Dahamshe, calling him a 'fifth column.'
Federman's administrative detention order keeps him in prison for six months. However it can easily be renewed. People are requested to: 1. We talk about persecution that's coming: it's already here for some who dare oppose their government policies on holy biblical grounds:
Noam Federman update Next Wednesday the Knesset Legal Committee, chairedby MK Michael Eitan, will hold a special meeting dealing with human rights and will focus around the case of Noam Federman.Yesterday Shas MK David Azuli visited Federman in his cell in the Ashmoret prison. Azuli was shocked at the conditions Federman is being held under. He said that Noam Federman is being held in subhuman conditions, and is being denied the basic rights of an administrative detainee. He added that Federman is being denied vitamins because, according to the Shabak, "they are not strictly kosher." Azuli was also very disturbed that the Shabak is ignoring his demands that Federman's conditions be immediately improved. He said that he would not rest until Noam's conditions are vastly improved. Hereported that Federman is very thin and very weak.Yesterday Kiryat Arba attorney Eliyakim HaEtzni published an article in the Yediot Achronot daily about Federman: Excerpts, as posted by Arutz 7:
*"The ethical level of a society is measured in the way it treats its wayward sons - such as Noam Federman, for instance. Let us call him F., as in K. in Kafka's "The Trial." F. is not an innocent lamb, and in the distance past he was imprisoned for harming Arabs. But this is not what he is being punished for now. He is rather being punished for having had chutzpah. He used the legal experience he gained in the dozens of cases in which he was indicted (and in most of which he was found innocent), to advise others how to hit back at the system according to its own rules. When he disseminated a pamphlet with tips on how to get through interrogations, the Shabak and police apparently decided to teach him a lesson..."
HaEtzni recounts how the Shabak arranged to detain him precisely on the day that he was to take his final law degree test.* HaEtzni also details how the police later served Federman with the present six-month administrative detention orders - with no charges stated - precisely as he was explaining to the Supreme Court why his house-arrest order should be rescinded:
*"F. was taken immediately to Beit Lid Prison without any personal effects and without his family's knowledge. He has now been sitting in isolation for [over] two months, in a windowless 2x2m. cell (6.5 feet by 6.5 feet), banned from phoning his family or receiving visits from them. Requests to bring him a blanket, clothes, and religious articles have been rejected. After his appeal to the Supreme Court about his intolerable prison conditions was rejected, he began a hunger strike six weeks ago.. F. has kidney stones, and sometimes urinates blood. The prison canteen is closed to him, and he is forced to drink water from a rusty faucet and tea from used teabags. The doctor demanded that he receive milk - so they allowed him one liter a week!... F. has lost over 20 kilos (45 lbs.), and cannot walk without support. For two months, he was interrogated in a 2x1m. cell, walls pain ted black, a bulb burning 24 hours a day, mattress on the floor, a hole for a toilet, [when I was held in Jerusalem's rotting Russian compound prison we were only supposed to have 10 people in our cell and there were 21 at one time, I slept on a think mattress on the floor, we had a hole for a toilet and had to beg for toilet paper; bed bugs were smashed on the walls and everyone had huge welts on them from being bitten and they freaked me out and I begged God not to let them bite me and I was the only one without bites from those creepy bugs! - DBA] cockroaches crawling on his body, and with no way to sleep. Now, in the Ashmoret Prison, the cockroaches have been replaced by giant weasels. In the cells adjacent to him are Arabs, who enjoy television, visits, and food from the outside." *"I am ashamed for the Shabak, the Prosecution, the police, the Prison Service, and my courts... I am ashamed for the legal community, the academia, and the other ivory towers of my country for their silence that reflects onto all of us the shame and humiliation that have become the lot of F.. I am ashamed for the media, public opinion, and myself. And I ask Defense Minister Mofaz: Aren't you ashamed?"

David Ben-Ariel, what's your stance on issues of White self-determination and racial group strategy? Do you believe Whites have a right to construct their own States and laws therein? If it's good for Israel, then it should be really ok for the White countries of North America, Europe and Australia to deport, or at the very, very least fence in, all non-whites in their lands, right? David, do you believe the major mass media of the world is squarely and soley in the hands of jews and their few gentile collaborators??

I believe that most white folk from the countries you name are part and parcel of the so-called Lost Ten Tribes of Israel, and that, as such, we ought to form some sort of working relationship and alliance with ourselves and our Jewish brethren and insure the survival of our people as an ethnic group and return to our biblical religious roots and responsibilities. DAY OF PRAYER FOR "TEST CASE" NOAM FEDERMAN Atty. Naftali Wurtzberger [he represented me during my appearance before Israel's High Court, paid for by the Temple Mount Faithful] continues to speak out about the torturous prison conditions of his client Noam Federman of Hevron. "Noam has been hunger-striking for seven weeks not over the imprisonment itself," the lawyer said this morning, "but because of his conditions. He has a very practical side, and he is of the opinion striking against the imprisonment would not be effective. He is rather protesting the isolation and the terribly difficult conditions. Even though he has not been convicted of a crime, he wants to be treated only as 'well' as any convict. Even if it can be claimed that he is a master terrorist and should not be allowed to meet with whomever he wants, how can this justify his not being able to touch his little children or meet with them without a glass partition between them?... Regular convicts don't have these conditions."
Even more alarming than Federman's personal suffering is what Wurtzberger fears may be the ramifications for the entire Jewish public of Judea, Samaria and Gaza [acronym Yesha]. "He is the test balloon," Wurtzberger said, referring to the apparent intention of the Shabak (General Security Service) to check the public's reaction to the use of administrative detention. The Shabak wants to see if it could be used to quash expected opposition to the destruction of Yesha towns, if applicable.
Wurtzberger noted that in a recent interview with Yediot Acharonot, former GSS chief Avraham Shalom implied that it would not be difficult to deal with the expected opposition: "Lock 15 of them [leading Jewish Yesha residents] in administrative detention, and see how the rest disappear..."
Private citizens have organized an ongoing protest vigil outside the Ashmoret Prison in Netanya, where Federman is being held. Kiryat Arba's Chief Rabbi Dov Lior has called for a day of fasting and prayer in solidarity with him.
Wurtzberger noted that Federman is the only Israeli currently in administrative detention. "Even the head of the Islamic Movement, Sheikh Raad Salah, who was accused of raising funds for Hamas, was not placed in administrative detention. It is a tool specifically intended for use in an emergency situation, as part of the war against terrorist leaders and in cases where intelligence information points to a terrorist preparing to commit an attack."
Asked why judges have not acted against the use of administrative detention, Wurtzberger answered that the judges have traditionally acted as "rubber stamps of approval" to GSS requests. "The only way a judge can issue a real verdict is after hearing both sides present arguments and evidence. If the GSS comes and presents one-sided secret evidence, he does not have the tools to pursue the truth, and therefore relies automatically on the GSS."
There have been exceptions, however. "The freeing of Rabbi Yitzchak Ginsburg from administrative detention was a very exceptional case," said Wurtzberger, "in which the judge ruled that the reasons given for his detention were exaggerated. The GSS had claimed that the rabbis students might read his works and commit acts of vengeance against Arabs [next they could seek to ban the Bible for its "incitement"]. Surprisingly, the judge ruled against the GSS claim and ordered him released."
Moshe Feiglin [I've been in demonstrations with him in Jeruaslem], head of the Manhigut Yehudit [Jewish Leadership] faction within the Likud, sent a sharply-worded letter to Defense Minister Sha'ul Mofaz yesterday. Bitterly criticizing Mofaz's recent positions regarding the release of terrorists and destruction of outposts, Feiglin then asked, "Are you aware that the regulation that you invoked when you signed the administrative detention order for Noam Federman, is one enacted during the British Mandate against veterans of the underground movements, who later established the very Likud party that you wish to lead? Are you aware that one of the underground heroes who was arrested administratively and exiled to Eritrea by the British in accordance with this Draconian regulation, was none other than Noam Federman's father? ... Do you understand the significance to Israeli democracy of the detention of a citizen, without an indictment, without a defense counsel, and without knowing the charges against him?" Federman has lost over 40 pounds during his strike, and his health has noticeably deteriorated. Asked if it wasn't time for him to stop his strike, his wife Elisheva told Arutz-7 today, "Isn't it time for them to grant him normal prison conditions?" She said that though the six-month order ends shortly before Passover, "I've heard that they gave him six months only because that's the maximum allowed by law, and that they plan to extend it again."
"I talked with him yesterday by phone," Atty. Wurtzberger said. "He is allowed to talk with me by phone once a day, but not with his wife at all. Lawyers are allowed to visit, and this is practically his only connection with the outside world. He is in total isolation. He is not allowed, for instance, to fulfill the basic religious practice of praying with a minyan [quorum]. After Rosh HaShanah, when practically every Jew in the world - except Noam - prayed in a minyan, Defense Minister Mofaz made a gesture and transferred him to Maasiyahu Prison in Ramle for the rest of the holiday season, where he had normal conditions - but immediately afterwards, had him returned him to Ashmoret, even though there had been no complaints against his behavior... It's clear that the authorities are 'closing accounts' with him for his behavior that angered them over the past few years."

Remember Ariel here is really Hoover, a White man. He's temporarily deluded and considers himself an ally of the Jews, and if his experiences are with Jews from Northern Europe and the US he probably considers them at least close to White. And many are! - many US/European Jews are as much as 80% White genetically. Wait until Ariel digs in deeper, it looks like our boy here is doing lots or reading, that's good. He'll find out he's just an animal to be used, fleeced, ridden and not one of the Tribe no matter how much he thinks he can become one right now. This is good, we need readers and writers and you can see by Ariel's persistance and material he's very promising. And no genetic Jew would have printed the stuff he's printed here, or have the innate sense of fairness that he displays. He's wrong in his convictions, but his White heart is pure and when he's dug up enough truth and looked at the overall picture, he'll be a valuable asset.
