One of the reader reviews: The Last Word on the JFK Assassination, November 28, 2002 Reviewer: Mark Braver from Chicago, Illinois There seems to be a lot of misperception of what Final Judgment does and does not say about the JFK assassination. The book does not say that "the Jews killed JFK." That's horse manure.
What the book does say is that:
When New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison charged businessman Clay Shaw with participation in the JFK assassination conspiracy Garrison stumbled upon the Israeli Mossad connection to the murder of President Kennedy. Shaw served on the board of a shadowy corporation known as Permindex. A primary shareholder in Permindex was the Banque De Credit International of Geneva, founded by Tibor Rosenbaum, an arms procurer and financier for the Mossad.
What's more, the Mossad-sponsored Swiss bank was the chief "money laundry" for Meyer Lansky, the head of the international crime syndicate and an Israeli loyalist whose operations meshed closely on many fronts with the American CIA.
The chairman of Permindex was Louis M. Bloomfield of Montreal, a key figure in the Israeli lobby and an operative of the Bronfman family of Canada, long-time Lansky associates and among Israel's primary international patrons.
In the pages of "Final Judgment" the Israeli connection to the JFK assassination is explored in frightening--and fully documented--detail. For example, did you know:
. That JFK was engaged in a bitter secret conflict with Israel over U.S. East policy and that Israel's prime minister resigned in disgust, saying JFK's stance threatened Israel's very survival?
. That JFK's successor, Lyndon Johnson, immediately reversed America's policy toward Israel?
. That the top Mafia figures often alleged to be behind the JFK assassination were only front men for Meyer Lansky?
. That the CIA's liaison to the Mossad, James Angleton, was a prime mover behind the cover-up of the JFK assassination?
Why didn't Oliver Stone, in his famous movie "JFK" not mention any of this? It turns out the chief financial backer of Stone's film was longtime Mossad figure, Arnon Milchan, Israel's biggest arms dealer.
The very fact that the Israeli lobby has gone through such great lengths to try to smear Michael Collins Piper and to try to discredit Final Judgment gives the book great credibility. If the book was really so silly or so unconvincing, it doesn't seem likely that groups such as the Anti-Defamation League would go out of their way to try to suppress the book as they have. The fact is that Piper demonstrates that Israel did indeed have a very strong motive to want to get JFK out of the way and that numerous people who have been linked in other writings to the JFK conspiracy were (as Piper documents) also in the sphere of influence of Israel's Mossad. Not only Clay Shaw in New Orleans, but also James Angleton at the CIA, who was Israel's strongest advocate at the CIA and also the CIA's liaison to the Mossad. The Israeli connection is indeed "the missing link in the JFK assassination conspiracy."
The "Reader from Chicago" who wrote the review of Final Judgment posted here is really off the beam and I suspect he (or she) is deliberately distorting what Piper's book does say in order to try to discourage people from reading it.
The fact is that Piper's book documents (quite clearly, in my estimation) not only the means, opportunity and the motive for Israeli Mossad involvement in the assassination (working in conjunction with the CIA), but it is also quite fascinating and very interesting read. "Boring" is the last word I'd use to describe the book, and it is certainly not "poorly written."
What's more, the book is not--I repeat--not "anti-Semitic" and the book has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the subject of the Holocaust.
In fact, anybody familiar with any of the standard writings on the JFK assassination will recognize the names of some of the key players in the scenario Piper documents: Clay Shaw, David Ferrie, Guy Banister and James J. Angleton of the CIA--and none of them were Jewish. So where this reviewer gets off saying that Piper finds "a Jew under every rock" is beyond me.
I have read literally hundreds of books and magazine articles and other material on the JFK assassination and not in a single one of them--with the exception of Final Judgment--did I ever learn that President John F. Kennedy was trying to stop Israel from building the nuclear bomb and that this literally touched off a "secret war" behind the scenes between JFK and Israel's prime minister, David Ben-Gurion, who resigned (among other reasons) in disgust over JFK's policies with Israel. In fact, Israeli historian Avner Cohen in his book, Israel and the Bomb, documents this quite thoroughly.
And in Final Judgment Piper also outlines some interesting Israeli connections by people who have been linked to the JFK assassination and cover-up, including Clay Shaw of New Orleans. Even Israeli journalist Barry Chamish has written in an Internet review of Final Judgment that he finds Piper's Israeli connection (via Shaw and Permindex) quite convincing.
There was a controversy in the Chicago area following an attempt by the Anti-Defamation League (an Israeli lobby organization) and people associated with the ADL to prevent Final Judgment from being placed in the Schaumburg Township District Library. Chances are the Reader from Chicago is probably an ADL representative!

Ed, I've always been convinced the jews were behind JFK's exit, and not only for the reasons cited above. (Some jews openly say "... don't cross the jews, look what happened to JFK")
Anyway, JFK had $4 billion in US Treasury notes printed. That's currency NOT labled "Federal Reserve Note." They were labled "US Treasury Note." While he pissed off the oil men by butchering the depletion allowance, the Cubans for the Bay of Pigs/Castro mess, the CIA, backstabbed the mob, etc., his worst offenses were no doubt the printing of real money and the 'disagreements' over Israeli policy. (JFK wanted to get rid of the Fed, but LBJ learned a rather graphic lesson, and made sure he toed that line above all others) Kennedy had the temerity to think he was actually in charge. He really was an outsider in some ways - and vastly overestimated the "power" the office of the President granted him. No, I don't idolize him at all like so many others, but it's interesting to see how the boy's club has tightened up it's membership safechecks since the JFK debacle.
Watch the jewsmedia run their "Proof That Oswald Did It" specials each year. The media loves to present all manner of conspiracy to the public - as long as it involves "right wing nuts." Otherwise, conspiracies are a big joke, only believed in by idiots. But that image is presented only because most major criminal conspiracies in the US over the last century involve the tribe. It's funny but not funny how few seem to notice. Or pretend not to.

How about Jack Ruby? Jacob Rubenstein, who murdered Oswald right under the Cop's noses. That killed further investigation. Too convenient, not much ever said of him, compared to other figures.
2003-11-21 03:27 | User Profile
Yeah, you're right , Ed. The reasons ol' Jacob gave for shooting Oswald make for hilarious reading. The jews didn't want anything to slow down their massive, mutli-front coup.

Friday night 7 to 10 PM. The Gene Burn's/so called Libertarian Con-servative show on KGO 810 S.F. CA. 50,000 watt's is heard from Baja to Helsinki. The topic was JFK and I listened to about 15 minute's and turned it off. He made mince meat out caller's who were against the lone ranger idea. One caller had to be a shill, to make any one who spoke against the Warren gang's report or stated Oswald was not alone, look daffy etc. Gene Burns hailed the Warren commission member as great men etc. It was pure B.S.,and Just another example of why they a tiny enemy alien force must have the media removed from their abusive control. Jack Rubenstein was not brought up or Mr. Piper Collin's book. "Final Judgement" This shows as everyone on O.D. knows, is not about free discourse, but about tight, very tight control.

Another forum I'm a participant in is having a discussion about this.
http://www.goldismoney.info/forums/showthread.php?t=5282
They are saying Rubenstein was diagnosed terminally ill. The following was stolen from that thread:
Dead witnesses Investigations have been thwarted by the number of material witnesses who died in the first few years after the assassination and in periods of renewed interest in the case during the 1970s. ... many key witnesses ... died at strategically important moments. Here are a few of the more interesting cases: * Gary Underhill, a CIA agent who claimed the CIA was involved in the JFK assassination, died of a gun shot to the head in May 1964. H is death was ruled a suicide.
Guy Banister, a former FBl agent and acquaintance of Oswald, died of an apparent heart attack in June 1964. Files containing information on his anti-Castro activities were missing by the time authorities reached his office.
Mary Meyer, a mistress of JFK's during the White House years and the estranged wife of CIA veteran Cord Meyer, was murdered in October 1964 in a park in Washington, DC. Cord Meyer was a fishing companion of CIA counter-intelligence chief, James Jesus Angleton, who seized Meyer's diary after her death.
C.D. Jackson, senior vice president of Life magazine, died of unknown causes in September 1964. Jackson arranged for Life to buy the Zapruder film soon after the Dealey Plaza shooting and then locked it away. (The film was not widely seen by the public until it was shown on ABC's Goodnight America in 1975.)
Rose Cheramie, a prostitute and striptease dancer in Ruby's Dallas nightclub, died in a Texas hit-and-run accident in September 1965. Two days before the assassination, she told police in Louisiana she overheard two Latin men plotting to kill the president.
Dorothy Kilgallen, a prominent columnist and TV personality, was ruled a suicide by drug overdose in November 1965. She had just completed a lengthy interview of Ruby in prison and told friends privately that she was about to "break" the JFK case.
David Ferrie, a militant anti-Castroite and associate of Oswald and Banister, died of an apparent brain embolism in February 1967. He was just about to be arraigned for conspiracy in the JFK assassination by New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison, whose investigation convinced him that the CIA was involved.
Eladio Del Valle, a friend and political comrade of Ferrie's, was shot at close range the day after Ferrie's death. Garrison had been trying to find Del Valle for questioning.
Hale Boggs, House majority leader and a member of the Warren Commission, was killed in a plane crash in Alaska in 1972. He had begun to express public doubts about the Warren Commission's findings.
J.A. Milteer, the far-right Miami activist, died when his heater exploded in February 1974. As mentioned above, he predicted an attempt on JFK's life and the capture of a scapegoat shortly before events in Dealey Plaza-and a man looking a lot like him was picked up by the police that November afternoon.
Clay Shaw, whom Garrison brought to trial as a prime suspect in a JFK conspiracy, died of cancer in August 1974. Unable to prove Shaw's CIA connections, Garrison saw him acquitted in 1969. But just a year after Shaw's death, a high-level CIA defector, Victor Marchetti, confirmed Shaw's ties to the agency.
Sam Giancana, Mafia boss of Chicago, was shot to death in the basement of his home while in the Federal Witness Protection Program in June 1975. At the time of his murder, Giancana was scheduled to testify to the Senate Intelligence Committee on the ClA's alliance with the Mafia in an attempt to kill Castro.
John Roselli, a Mafia lieutenant of Giancana's, was dismembered, stuffed into an oil drum and dropped into the ocean off Miami in July 1976. Roselli was the Mafia's contact man for its assassination projects with the CIA and was scheduled for a second appearance before the Senate Intelligence Committee when he was killed.
George de Mohrenschildt, who befriended Oswald in Dallas, was found dead of a gunshot wound, deemed self-inflicted, in March 1977. Two hours before his death, an investigator for the House Assassinations Committee came to interview him about the JFK case, but de Mohrenschildt was not at home. In a manuscript found afterwards, de Mohrenschildt supported Oswald's view of himself as "a patsy."
Charles Nicoletti, also on the House Committee's witness list, was shot three times in the back of the neck in the parking lot of a suburban Chicago shopping center in March 1977-less than 48 hours after de Mohrenschildt's death. Nicoletti was said to have been a "handler" (that is, supervisor) of Mafia assassins in the ClA-Mafia plots.
Carlos Prio Socarras, a president of pre-revolutionary Cuba, was found dying of a pistol shot in April 1977, just six days after Nicoletti was gunned down. Prio's death was ruled a suicide. He, too, was on the House Committee's witness list because of his alleged links to Jack Ruby and anti-Castro Cuban militants. We may never know for sure if these key witnesses were murdered to keep them silent. But there is no doubt these deaths have significantly hindered the official investigations and the public's understanding of what took place at Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963.
There have been MANY more
Evidence of a cover-up The evidence that there was a cover-up is just as impressive as the evidence that there was a conspiracy in the first place. Here is a brief run-down, including a couple of points not mentioned above: * Oswald's description was broadcast over police radio within fifteen minutes of the assassination. No one knows how this description was obtained. * No interrogation records were kept for those arrested at Dealey Plaza, or for Oswald. * The pictures of Oswald holding a gun appear to be faked. * JFK's body was removed from Dallas before an autopsy could be performed there. * JFK's corpse left Dallas wrapped in a sheet inside an ornamental bronze casket. It arrived at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Washington in a body bag inside a plain casket. * The autopsy photographs of JFK's wounds differed radically from the descriptions of the doctors at Parkland Hospital. * A whole tray of evidence, including what was left of the president's brain, remains missing from the National Archives. The pristine condition of "the magic bullet" suggests it was planted. * Numerous films made by witnesses to the event were confiscated. * Many more witnesses have died than would normally be expected, many in mysterious circumstances. * Both the FBI and the CIA concealed important evidence from the Warren Commission. * Critical data unearthed by the Warren Commission in 1964 and the Assassination Committee in 1978 is still classified secret.
I honestly don't believe Oswald knew anything about it, but realised he had been set up for it - too late. However, he probably thought that his innocense would be proved once it got to court (or he had been led to believe that) which allowed him to stay calm, and not say too much.
He would never have thought with all those police and guards around him - someone would be allowed to shoot him before he got a chance to prove his innocense. Well, would you? - I mean, before you knew what you know now?
With all the smokey herring, and red herring that's been put out to rot we will never get near to the truth for the SMELL. Jackie knew, and she, his wife, could do nothing about it. Even his brother was silenced - for good.
The Jewish Mafia still want their Casinos, and operations, back - and they will not rest until they do. They also want them back in - SHANGHAI (and will not rest until they do)

Yeah Smedley, a lot of people don't get it. JFK's political leanings in most areas had little to do with what ultimately happened. It was his ideas in a few areas, in terms of what should be done in certain industries, arms of the government, the Fed. Reserve etc. that led to his demise. Yeah, he slowly and reluctantly ended up being one of the jackasses involved in ruining the country through black/white 'integration', but anyone who reads their history can see JFK was stalling on that, not considering it a hot item until 'outside' pressures forced his hand. He was worried about how forcing boolies into schools would hurt his reelection chances. Imagine that mindset today.
The list of potential witnesses and suspects who died shortly thereafter, or under strange circumstances, etc. is all coincidence of course. People will acknowledge that a conspiracy was behind JFK's death, but will scream bloody murder if there is mention of all the conspiracies jews have been involved in. And JFK's public execution was a conspiracy that ... jews were definitely involved in. The last straw was his having the US Treasury print all those United States Notes. Then the elites, the real rulers, had to make a statement to show who was in charge, and what could happen.
Somedays I wish that the clear minded mid-level officers etc. in the military would say the Hell with it, the coup is on! Clean up the military, clean up DC, and clean up the country. The rest of the world, hey, it would go to Hell. But how much of it do we really need? What has "it" done for us? Simplistic, yeah, but ...

More nonsense has been written about the JFK assassination than any other subject save UFO s and spiritualism. The tripe started quickly with the crackpot Mark Lane, part time politician and lawyer, natch, jumping into print with ludicrous accusations and balderdash and it has gone on strongly from there. It never ceases, and comes on like a torrent of sewage. If one takes to time to go over point by point the JFK case, he has to conclude that Oswald did it, alone and for crackpot motives. The principle of parsimony is one reason, and the fact that a conspiracy of that magnitude would have had to have a cast of thousands to support it. Of course there are unexplained holes in the reams of testimony and evidence, but so do all complex cases. Indeed the JFK case is not really a difficult one to come to the right conclusion, because of the large amount of evidence, and time and money spent on it. This case will attract the soft-minded and the credulous for centuries to come.

It takes crackpots, or the simple minded, to believe that Oswald was a lone nut, solely responsible. Take a look at the evidence, same evidence viewed by the Warren Commission, etc., and there's no way one can agree with their 'conclusion'.
While hardly a believer of conspiracies behind everything, the JFK affair reeked of conspiracy. The best way to keep people, the average person, from taking a look at things is to label those that do investigate as conspiracy theorists, buffs, nuts, UFO fans, etc. The same thing jews do when their complicity in all manner of horrors is mentioned. Go ahead, ask the jews a non threatening question, like "Who wrote the Immigration Act of 1965, and why did they do it?" and watch the fun begin.
The disingenuous, and factually eronious "specials" using "computer graphics" to prove the Warren Commission right had me on the floor. Since I work in CG/Special Effects for a living, I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, we can take any 'facts' and present you with images that will prove your story true, even if most of it is false. Hell, we've turned down work for different media outlets when we were asked to do things like that. Fantasy and sci-fi are one thing, but they shouldn't be mixed with news, so we said no thanks.
Oswald. Did he kill Kennedy? Don't know. I wouldn't doubt if he were one of the gunmen. But on his own? Please. Yeah, it was all chance. The changed parade route, Oswald in the right place, Jacob Rubenstein shooting Oswald to "spare Mrs. Kennedy the pain of a trial," etc. Makes perfect sense.
Jack Ruby hated Kennedy, but he did it for Mrs. Kennedy. Yep. Sure. That's what really gets me laughing when the "Oswald lone nut" folks get rolling. Yesiree. We don't even have to look at the assassination. We only have to look at a Chicago jew mob member stalking Oswald at Police Headquarters for a couple of days. What a hoot.
But a lot of people feel they come off more intelligent by denying silly conspiracies. So, by that measure, we had better ignore all people who push conspiracy theories. Let's start with Dr. MacDonald, and his silly Culture of Critique, right?

The original files were ordered sealed until 2029 - the clearest possible signal that a conspiracy was in place that had comfortably seized power and wasn't about to turn back now. Choosing a date far enough ahead to guarantee the conspirators would all be long dead, and their estates safely inherited, merely clinches it.

Trolls and the filth in control of media, do not like the JFK murder being brought up, and I would not waste my time with any one who does not understand the reason's he was bumped off, and after the WW1 and WW2 treason and hyjacking of U.S wealth and power for evil. As for any flake's that are on the side of JFK being bumped off, that is just to make U.S. Piper Collin's or my friend who served Japan when Oswald was there look nutz. By the way, Harvey's DD214 showed he was recommended for re-enlistment, hmm? Yeah, I have heard your sick bunch when I still listened to your media owned talk shows like Medfart. Medfart had a show one day one the www.ussliberty.org with a guest, and by the end of the show, all the folks who stated it was no accident, were reduced to being idiot's, conspiracy nutz, and ta,da! OY! ANTI-Semite's.. I get really tired of you filthy ratz.. Get over to the F.R. forum, or the Newspaper controlled forums... You guyz just have to get on any forum that won't toe, you dirty fece.

That bit has always been amusing in that I expect that whatever files there were at the time, have disappeared. No doubt they are in the same location as JFK's missing brain. That disappearance was just a convenient oversight, I'm sure. Lots of convenient oversights, accidents, deaths, etc. in this case. Of course, that's just me, conspiracy nut.
If there is anything left of the files, and the collapse hits as soon as I think it will, there might be a small, small chance of seeing just what was uncovered. However, I think those 'files' are gone forever. But we do have a pretty good idea as to what probably happened.

In my opinion it was the Rothschilds who ordered the hit on Kennedy. They had a couple of reasons for doing so. One was changes Kennedy had signed off on governing the Federal Reserve which would have given the US Govt. more control over its banking system. Given all the trouble the Rothschilds and other Jewish bankers went to create the Fed. Reserve in the first place, they were not about to let this Irish guy take it away from them. Kennedy's objections to Israel getting nuclear weapons was a second reason. Israel is not a country. It's just part of the Rothschild's empire. It's the future headquarters for world govt. and the Rothschilds weren't about to leave Israel without the ability to destroy the rest of the world.
The Rothschilds have long been in the business of assassination. Mullins says that an agent of theirs killed off Bonaparte while he was in jail. And there have been intimations that Abe Lincoln's assassination was instigated by some Jew. I think Pres. McKinley was also killed by a Jew or by someone influenced by Goldman.
Jews also used Kennedy's death to get some important legislation passed - the immigration act that flooded this country with third world crud and civil rights legislation to take away the rights of whites. They like turning people into martyrs that they can then use to justify the expansion of govt. power. I believe they were also involved in setting up Martin Luther King's assassination. By killing him before too many people found out what a fraud he way, they turned him into a saint and again justified pushing through civil rights legislation. It was also at this time that the huge welfare state came into existence. Again creating a federal behemoth. That's not to say that America's non-Jewish elite didn't benefit too. I see elite in this country and the Jewish elite as being our enemies. They all deserve to hang at the end of a rope. That would be a merciful ending for people who have brought nothing but misery to tens of millions of people.

And if ZOG can assassinate a sitting US president like they absolutely did to Kennedy and then blamed it ALL on a patsy (anyone who thinks otherwise is seriously simple minded), then they certainly can knock down two 110 story buildings and blame it ALL on patsies 12 hours after the event. Any diversions to the official ZOG story of events will be shouted down and excoriated. Again and again White US citizens lose. Same old sickening story.

The Dean's List
I never hated Nixon. I never paid much attention to him. He was vile looking - sounded creepy - and at the cynical age of 25, I'd already grown weary of sifting through the prevailing 'truths' of the day, for scant nuggets of profundity.
I decided early on, that much of what I'd learned outside Science and English class was a load-a-hooey, brought to me by entrenched, scheming messengers that looked like Dwight and Amy Eisenhower. Was that her name? If not, don't correct me. I don't care. And neither should you.
--- anyway, these pod people were positioned throughout my life in power slots marked "Do Not Disturb" and "Keep Out". The keepers of accumulated knowledge and authority labored hard to shape and control my worldview, force-feeding me disinformation and overwhelming me with garish Corinthian borders on their mahogany framed 'credentials'.
Those scrolls covered the wainscoted walls I visited throughout my twenties, and I suspect in some distant galaxy such paper could be construed to be a proper measure of the merits of belief systems held by the natives.
Yet many of my assigned mentors were just clueless dolts, hamsters on itty bitty treadmills stamped - Made in USA. They tried to 'instruct me'; even 'help me' navigate school, business, law, banking and government. They guided me. Directed me - to the 'top of my game'.
These and other, more sinister members of that diplomatic corp. always seemed more than a few face cards short of a royal flush, yet were positively gelatinous in their poker faced representations of what constituted the American Dream. They were unreflective as moths, but industrious in their duty to define for me what was 'right', 'wrong', 'in', 'out', 'successful', unsuccessful', 'irreligious', 'cool', and of course, 'uncool'.
I was uncool, disrespectful AND irreligious, which I guess, meant I was doomed to be 'unsuccessful'. I would be forever confined to Ionic columns in plastic frames, if I didn't shape up.
Scientists want to measure self knowledge in dolphins to understand and further anthropomorphize those complex creatures. I recommend that research labs look first at the meta-cognition skills of people who believed Lyndon Baines Johnson was a virtuous man. These same believers walk upright, with opposing thumbs, yet think Bill Clinton was a friend and innocent bystander to no fewer than 50 deaths, of friends and co-workers - dead from plane crashes and self inflicted gunshot wounds, starting after he began a life of public 'service'.
LBJ bore an uneasy resemblance to a local rancher and suspected child molester where I grew up in rural Illinois. So to me, Johnson was the prototypical sleazoid before he actually did anything disgusting. I remember being confounded by the suggestion that someone named Lady Bird had married the man, voluntarily exchanged bodily fluids with him, and then produced little-Lyndon-personsââ¬Â¦gaaaak
Today, as then, when people ponder a 'possible' connection between LBJ and the Kennedy assassination, I am reminded that - again, I am not of this planet. We may look the same. But I don't belong here.
And I'm not sure how long I plan to stay.
I'm alien stock - and very much on my own amongst wild eyed natives who poll to decide if Diana Spencer died in an accident. Seven/Eleven Stores provide cultural instruction for me with with ample supplies of Irish Crème. It's supposed to be a popular and tasty addition to coffee. Yet each day the regular cream is gone quickly, leaving only lonely capfuls of vile mixtures marked Amaretto, and French Vanilla, long before the coffee expires.
This place is also awash with creatures that purchased, and listened attentively, to the noises emanating from that fountainhead of profundity known as Elvis Presley. His faithful are still not remorseful - with their collective hindsight running at about 32% for even the large events of the last half century.
Another taste I never fully acquired was the 'mystique' assigned to JFK. I was reminded daily of the Kennedy 'aura' by the same people who paid money to watch Rosano Brazzi romance Mitzy Gaynor after she washed him right out of her hair.
I've shared my disdain for that entire era before, but my perspective is lost on populations with the capacity to sit through two hours of South Pacific in teary eyed reverence. It was, well, pure magic, I guess. I felt the same about a gushing Elizabeth Taylor, bellbottoms, and Twiggy. Then there was the time I sat dutifully in an outdoor theatre, watching the aplastic virility of Rock Hudson, projecting cardboard emotions of anger, fear, and lust in techno-color. I thought - this is it? I am and was irreligious about the big, important stuff. That's always been my crime.
--- Drummed into me by the same people who told me Russia was evil, we war for peace, polite people bow before royalty, and that priests are celibate. "European Jews dispense wisdom, charity, clarity, and temperance, throughout their lives, and America welcomes these highly talented and educated immigrants to our schools and neighborhoods to build a better tomorrow," said the voice behind the curtain -- sounding very Alistair Cooke.
Whenever I watched Audrey Hepburn pout, pose, or bat those lashes, I was embarrassed for her and the families of the aging patriarchs cast as her suitors. And Leslie Caron? - Whose sexual fantasy was THAT?
I thought Cary Grant demeaned himself romancing Sophia Loren in Houseboat. I kept thinking that the lusty, barefoot Loren - complete with heaving bosoms, was a silly caricature of an earthy Sicilian domestic. Was there some chemistry between those two that I missed? I mean, how could Loren watch herself in that film and not want to hide - forever - where no one would EVER know - that was HER - behaving like that, on film.
Why didn't Grant just say at the first sit down, "This is a joke, right?" - "Honey, put on your shoes, wipe your face, and put a comb through that helmet - and by the way, I'm outta here."
There will be those who deride my sneering contempt for much of that cultural backwater known as Post WWII Americana. Yet my disdain for those days and its disciples, illustrates how aloof I've remained from the beat beat beat of cultural drums.
See, I'm not a genuine Boomer. I missed the war rage, the LSD, and reverence for the Beatles. I never knew anybody who even SERVED in Vietnam - such was my demographic. Paul McCartney had some catchy tunes later on, but the rest of em, particularly Lennon, were at best delusionary buffoons, surrounded by parasitic courtiers who escorted them to graze in pastures far removed from any in my solar system.
I thought Reagan was an affable codger, and I pretty much ignored Bush the Elder. They were names in headlines, and the occasional face on Time. Carter was earnest, but vacant. And Ford? -- Let's not belabor my points.
I was pretty disengaged from politics on the national level in the 60's, 70's and early 80's, because I didn't go to college until I was 26 - I was busy-busy-busy trying to make a living whilst my generation raged at The Man', smoked dope, and clapped to noise coming from the direction of Janice Joplin and Led Zeppelin. Ugh and Yuk.
[Not the part about the dope - I discovered the wonders of cannabis before my Saturn Return at 30, and it - "forever altered my range of paradigms. Ditto for Peruvian Pisco. Each was a defining substance for my Aquarian revolt against the predatory evil of banality, the cult of celebrity, and the myopic dementia of its more ardent adherents" -- wrote that on mushrooms in Topanga canyon, outside Los Angeles in 1973. I was a late bloomer.
Hey, if it hadn't been for hashish and tequila, I might never have reconciled an all consuming revulsion for Christopher Plummer in the Sound of Music. I can see him now, in his lederhosen, slugging down a quart of Guinness, and slobbering from his trailer, "Alright, alright, I'm coming - might as well bloody ****ing get this over with."
Fast Forward -
The evolution of my political philosophies developed from deep within the aforementioned wilds, so I scrupulously avoided politics beyond my immediate neighborhood until the country elected The Clintons.
They were the first president whose actions I monitored. I hated the man - and his icky other. I didn't like their kid - their pets - his mother - their story - or the state which bore these monsters. By 1995, I vowed never set foot in Arkansas. I've driven around the perimeter of the state, never setting foot in it, on two occasions now - true to my pledge. A Razorback pedigree is enough to put me off Wal-Mart and Dillard's. I won't even buy Tyson foods.
Hey, it's my war, and I'll pick the weaponry.
I'm deeply suspicious that, considering all the evidence I've witnessed in my short stay here, people and events may conspire to insure that Howard Dean will not survive to debate our Master and Commander-in-Chief.
That eventuality would mean a live telecast - broadcast to millions - of George Bush engaged in extemporaneous repartee with the Vermont Governor.
Such an exercise, should it be allowed to occur, would reveal the current President of these United States to be, um - ill-suited? - to the task.
Dubya, is, and will always be a small, simple, one dimensional, cardboard cut-out of a man and leader. I've come to realize that George Bush is a dangerously ill-equipped poseur, advancing a frightening agenda he doesn't even really understand - and crafted by deadly serious architects whose visions of Pax Americana are not born of a love of flag or country.
We must contain Bush's handlers, their delusions of grandeur, and their appetites for Arab loot or we shall perish as a species.
Dean is equipped with a voracious mind, a feisty confrontational style, and astonishing verbal skills that might qualify for registration as lethal weapons. And given the proper international venue; he would make mercilessly short work of George the Younger.
But then what do I knowââ¬Â¦.
I thought "The Piano" won an Oscar for being just another vapid, shop-worn, platitudinous remix of semi-fictitious events carefully crafted onto celluloid, for the express purpose of advancing the narrow interests of a tribal minority within the host culture.
Now if we can just keep the good doctor away from guns and out of small planes ....
I don't care what his policies are. I've seen enough to know whatever they are, they can't be worse than the degradations we've survived.
I like him just because the parrots say he's 'unelectable'.
Maybe - but if Dubya wanders off the plantation, and chooses self preservation rather than an escalation of war on behalf of Israel and his handlers, he'll be taken out from 'within' -- leaving Dean in the crosshairs of history.
Howard Dean is not the candidate of choice over at DNC headquarters. He has already hinted at an evenhanded approach in the Middle East. That won't due at all.... They may even kill him.
Grow up America. These boys are mean. .î

YB - those are good points. If you haven't read "Rule By Secrecy" by Jim Marrs (no relation to Texe, although the zhids hate both of them) go ahead and take a look. It has very good info on the Rothschilds and their crime syndicate, their meddling/speculation in the Civil War, their front man August Belmont (a jew who changed his name, of course) during the CW, their repeated efforts to create the Fed in the US, finally winning out in the end, etc. It also goes into Kennedy and the stories regarding the bankers and their ire regarding JFK. JFK was a lout in many ways, but he was probably still a patriot in many ways as well. That got him a bad case of lead poisoning in the end.
