The pro-homosexual neocon FoxNews.com website reports: > The court is giving the Legislature 180 days to "take such action as it may deem appropriate in light of this decision," which means the decision will not take affect until then.
If the Mass. legislature has any backbone they'd use that 180 days and take appropriate action: Remove the four judges (and send a message to activist judges across the land).
Or, can only judges that display the Ten Commandments can be removed?

We all knew it would happen in our lands sooner or later. There is no stopping their evil agenda while the media is under Alien control. Just like they rolled over Judge Moore's Ten Commandments, the courts will steam roll the population to accept the legality of butt-gorging males under penalty of death. Folks, let's face facts. The onslaught of degradation will continue until it's ugly climax: COLLAPSE AND CHAOS.

[/QUOTE]If there were the slightest possibility of that happening, or of being voted out of office as happened to California Chief Justice Rose Bird, the judges would not have done what they did.

On Baltimore's 50K watt AM 1090 yesterday, conservative talk show host Ron Smith said that the CJ of the Mass SC is an out of the closet lesbian who did not recuse herself.
He acknowledged that this was not confirmed however.
