I just thought of this. Let's say you're trying for lebensraum in the middle east, and your religion/ethos teaches that all not of your own race are animals to be used, killed, etc since they're soulless and yadda yadda. Let's say you've duped another military power to do all your dirty work and in fact you've got your agents inserted into high positions in that nation so that the army doing the attacking is essentially your puppet army. Let's say you need to show there is some justifiction for carpet-bombing the whole area you want to take over, just kill everything moving - you show that there's "enemy resistance" which there is some of, and you arrange to get Goyim picked off with regularity by the resistance. So, you have your rationale for escelating bombing.
But - what you really want to do is kill all the goyim, not set up a provisional government, not allow them to govern themselves, you want that whole area full of yourselves, all the oil for yourselves etc. So, you say you're bombing areas where the resistance fighters are, but in reality you bomb residential areas, hospitals, nurseries, etc and are careful not to kill many resistance fighters, you need them to justify your final scorched-earth policy. In fact, you may even feed and arm the resistance, hence the resistance is, Look! Well fed and well armed! Horrors! We must bomb them all out!
Hence my theory of differential bombing - you bomb noncombatant areas to save the enemy combatants which you need to justify a prolonged and total war.
This has implications, do you think the US/ZOG needed to bomb and kill everything living in German residential areas? Do you think if bombing efforts were used against combatants WWII would have been shorter, probably a LOT shorter?
The Kahillah needs the war in Iraq to last as long as possible hence don't kill actual fighters. Just as in WWII the stated goal, stated in print by many Jewish people in power at the time, was the exterminate the Germans. And they almost got their wish!
