From what have seen Pamela Mackey seems to be making it as she goes along. If a story about the activities of the victim was around I would think the Drudge report or someone else whould have put it out already. Nothing has come out to support the charges Pamela Mackey made.

I am also skeptical about this latest revelation from Kobe's defense team. I am sure that they could get many men to claim that they slept with the girl in the the hotel if the money was right, or just for a chance to get their 15 seconds of fame or to protect their basketball hero, Kobe. Even if she was promiscious, and I am not defending her or his morals, Kobe has no right to force himself upon her, no matter what her reputation. From the accounts of the type of sex he was forcing upon her, he should also be charged with sodomy. I would not be surprised if Kobe is discovered to be bisexual later. Also, since it is illegal to commit adultery in Colorado, why isn't he being charged with adultery? Adultery is a crime in most, if not all states, and if it was prosecuted, there would be less divorce.

During and after the rape, he said, Bryant kept asking, 'You're are not going to tell anyone, right?'" (Ref. 1) How is it possible that a young White woman would go into the room of a Black athlete late at night completely oblivious to the fact that she might be raped?

Perhaps her parents brought her up in a politically correct environment. If they did, then they should blame themselves for the fact that their daughter was raped. Just as pioneer parents would warn their children about bears and mountain lions, suburban parents should warn their daughters about who is the most likely to attack them and what race the attacker is likely to be. Roughly 50 percent of all rapists in America are Black. A Black with little to no education is increasingly likely to fall into this group. Most professional athletes have taken a sports major in college, which is about as challenging as going through high school a second time. Most Black athletes can safely be considered "uneducated."

Every month or two there seems to be a new story about one or more Black college football players raping a girl in a hotel room. Most likely the girl in the Kobe Bryant case didn't bother to follow the news and probably didn't know about these events. She should have known about the Mike Tyson rape case, which was fairly close to her own mistake. She --at least-- worked at the hotel, where Kobe was staying while Mike Tyson's victim did not have that excuse. And Mike Tyson has the IQ of a pork chop.

The trial is already getting ugly for the victim. The high-paid defense attorney has already implied that the victim may have had sex with three men in three days. This seems like a cheap tactic that probably won't work. After all, if the victim were as promiscuous as implied, then why wouldn't she have sex with a famous basketball player? The promiscuity charge also would not explain a bruise to her jaw and other injuries consistent with a sexual assault.

Kobe's victim is probably typical of many young White women, who have absolutely no common sense in racial matters because their parents were too scared to teach them. At least now, Kobe Bryant is giving us an opportunity to educate naive young White women about the dangers out in the real world. After all, it's been a few years since the OJ-Nicole episode, and the more bad examples we can point to, the better.

It's not really about Kobe, defence attorneys can get really slimy.

Rape is really hard to prove, and even though laws are around prohibiting the defence from using the accusor's sexual history in court, they are NOT kept from using other details about the defendent, which is precisely what they're doing.
