I was listening to the speech of Ariana Huffington who was running for governor in California. She said that no one should vote for Arnold because in his latest Movie Terminator 3, Arnold, who plays the part of the first Terminator cyborg, is shown physically assulting the enemy cyborg who is played by a woman. Ariana said Arnold is anti-woman because he agreed to play a part in which he physically assults a woman terminator robot. Of course, 99% of scenes coming out of Hollywood show women slapping men, throwing beverages at them, spitting on them, kicking them in the testicles, punching them to the ground, shooting them, stabbing them, and all sorts of other violent acts. Hollywood has put forth the breed of woman warriors/heros, where individual mortal women defy the laws of physics and somehow overpower 10 men, each with 10 times more muscle than the women.

Of course Huffington makes no reference to the facts mentioned above because feminism in itself is irrational, created to disempower men and make them secondary citizens, with women on the top and men on the bottom. In reality, men overall will tend to have higher social positions due to personality and intellectual differences: men are more aggressive and have the "protector" instinct, while women naturally are more gentile, nurturing, and submissive. Men on average also have been tested by psychologists to have an edge over women with respect to spatial/mathematical abilities, which is partly why men are overrepresented in scientific/technological fields, though I would say some of the differences are also cultural: women often get married instead of completing higher levels of college. In fact, a woman scientist, Marian Van Court, on her site http://www.eugenics.net/ confirms the edge men have with respect to these abilities. Professor Rushton found that after adjusting for body size, men tend to have an edge with respect to number of neurons in male brains when compared to females. He speculates that these extra neurons give men a boost in spatial/mathematical abilities. And also, it is scientifically proven that men, on average, are physically stronger and better at physical things like sports. Put a team of the best female boxers against a team of the best male boxers, and my comments will proven true. But just because this is so, I don't believe it's an excuse to treat women as inferiors or with disrespect: I follow the Golden Rule: treat women as I would expect others to treat me.

Interestingly, as I am writing this, I am watching Swartzneger's movie "Total Recall" in which Arnold is getting slapped, stabbed, and shot at by various women. Why is Ariana not outraged at this?

Of course, there is the topic of WHY feminism was invented, and by whom. But I will simply ask you to research the works of Professor Kevin MacDonald to get the answers to that.

T3 is a good movie. One any action fan should go see.

The female Terminator was a machine, not a person. She was far stronger and smarter than robot played by Arnold (the T1 being a much older model). She was also absolutely heartless and souless, a pure killing machine. Arnold was just defending targets. To think that this has anything to do with battering women is just absurd.

The justification for men not hitting women has to do more with the normal physical superiority of men, as well as society's tradional value of raising women as nurturers and men as combatants. I'm sure Ariana Huffington rejects these two reasons (women are not weaker, she would insist, and women can and should be able to do anything a man can do). So, what's her objection? I think she's just a bigot looking for excuses to bash men.

I am of course opposed to ALL violence, whether it be male against female, or vice versa. Either way, it's criminal activity, and should be criminally prosecuted.

I have never had a woman slap me, kick me in the testicles, or throw a beverage at me, Hollywood style, but I would press charges if they did just to make statement that violence is violence, regardless of if its male on female, or vice versa.
and women can and should be able to do anything a man can do
I have no problem with women endeavoring to do whatever men do, if that is what makes them happy. In this respect, I am very "Liberal." My only problem is with the double standard regarding Assault and Battery.

Since Arianna was in the governor's race, she had to come up with something that would give her a headline or a blurb in the newspaper. So she went with the safest route a distaff politician-to-be can do when addressing an issue: alleged "genderism". Remember Last Lady Laura Boosh when America first attacked Afghanistan??

Society is filled with so many delicious double-standards and we all know that the only ones that are accepted are the ones at the hands of the non-White Male. Hollywood loves its damsels in kickboxer garb and stances, poised to attack the girly man for eternities of "oppression". Scenarios and images like these should make men think twice of being with women, whether romantically or socially. Of course, where are the women who don't identify with the images of themselves that Hollywood and television (as a whole) churn out?? That's right; women are conditioned by wimminists and Hollywood. They have no conscience, and the ones who do are too cowardly to speak out against what society creates for them.

Good grief, what a pathetic ditz she's being. I seriously think women generally need to get a thicker skin instead of men getting sensitive and not tolerating any violence as well. This might not be entirely PC to say, but some women definately deserve a slap from their spouse. That woman who's emotionally screaming at you non-stop even if you bend over backwards to please her deserves a stern slap, not a "yes dear". And, the laws shouldn't prosecute for a slap. As they are today, she can call the cops on you even if you didn't slap. It's a big hysteria... and of course the media and ejumakation system conditions women to be traumatized and act like innocent little wounded victims if they get a little slap - even if it was provoked by her violence.

Sometimes weaker people get brazen because they think the stronger is powerless to respond. They often get surprised. I don't hit women or children and they don't hit me, a mutual agreement needing the cooperation of both parties if it is to remain in effect.
Edana: That woman who's emotionally screaming at you non-stop even if you bend over backwards to please her deserves a stern slap, not a "yes dear".
No, that woman needs her man to fold her into a strong and loving hug, and he needs to tell her she is clearly upset, but he's not entirely sure what she's upset about. If he DOES know what she's upset about, then he has not (obviously) been handling her correctly to allow her to get into a state where she thinks her only recourse is to scream at him to get his attention!

Correct handling prevents a woman from being so exhausted, harried, and upset AT HIM that she needs to scream!

I think I was more referring to women who scream because they're on a power trip and it cows their husband so that they can get their way constantly, not those who are genuinely upset. I was thinking of this woman my husband works with who's always being a total condescending harpy to her husband on the phone and spends the rest of the time putting down all other men. She'd probably find a reason to scream at him if he tried to hug her. shudder
