Norwegian women become sexual predators
A huge study has revealed that Norwegian women are becoming sexual predators.
The seven-year study of 2,700 young Norwegian men and women says the line between male and female sexual roles is fading.
Norwegian women in their 20s have become more aggressive and are more likely to initiate sex than their older sisters, often even surpassing men in their own age group, said the report.
The report found that women in the study took on a more masculine role in their sex lives but without sacrificing their femininity. It also found that women are experiencing sex and relationships for the first time before males.
"The girls have changed a lot in recent decades. The difference between young men and young women in their sexual lives has increased," said the project's leader, Willy Pedersen.
The University of Oslo sociology professor said the trend seems to intimate that young men sit alone in their rooms satisfying themselves "while the young women go out in the world and live out their new, liberated sexuality."
Norway routinely tops international studies of gender equality.
The country got its first female prime minister, Gro Harlem Brundtland, in 1981.
More than 40% of the current government, and nearly as many as MPs, are women. The government is set to legally require that at least 40% of all corporate boards have female members.

Norwegian women apparently know what they want. A unique, new study has turned a cold shower on old myths, and shows that men definitely aren't the boss in bed anymore.
The University of Oslo's study destroys many widely held myths.
The study, conducted by researchers at the University of Oslo, followed 2,700 Norwegian women and men aged 20-26 over a seven-year period. It concludes that men's and women's traditional roles have changed drastically during the past decade.
"The differences between young women's and young men's sex lives have increased," sociology professor Willy Pedersen told newspaper Aftenposten.
Among the study's findings:
Young women in Norway make their sexual debut at an earlier age than men.
Young women tend to enjoy sex more than young men.
Young Norwegian women have had more sex partners than young Norwegian men.
Women have become more aggressive in bed than their male partners.
More than 30 percent of the young men questioned said they had sex less than once a month, compared to less than 20 percent for young women. Nearly 60 percent of the women questioned, meanwhile, said they had sex up to three times a week, compared to just over 40 percent of the men.
The study reveals that young women more often take the initiative for sex, while at the same time maintaining their femininity.
Men on the sidelines Young men formerly viewed as hormone-driven sex maniacs in reality have found themselves on the sidelines, according to the study.
"What's worrisome is that young men are now more likely to sit alone in their rooms and masturbate while young women go out in the world and live out their newly liberated sexual lives," said Pedersen, who was responsible for the study.
It also found that men now are the ones who crave more intimacy, kissing and hugging, long considered to be what women wanted most.
Results of the study were to be presented in the magazine Acta Sociologica this week.

That is exactly my point! One to take the place of the father, one to take the place of the mother, and the other meant to spur population growth. That is how populations grow. When europeans have less than two children they are decreasing their numbers very dramtically generations down the road.

How is this a good thing?
They should have just titled the study: Norwegian women are whores and will sleep with anything.
From what I hear, Finnish women are the same. Ever hear of that negro who gave AIDS to hundreds of the natives there? Steven Thomas, a negro nuclear bomb that can only happen when you have extremely promiscuous women with no standards or morality.
This should not be receiving our praise. The Scandinavians are extremely decadent. Hitler was their last hope. I do not see how this makes them any higher than animals.
