LA Cardinal Mahony writes Bush on detention of Freedom Riders

Cardinal Roger Mahony wrote President Bush on Friday to criticize the Border Patrol's detention of two busloads of people taking part in a "Freedom Ride" from the West Coast to Washington, D.C., to bring attention to the treatment of undocumented immigrants.
The buses were stopped for nearly four hours Friday in El Paso, Texas, near the U.S.-Mexican border.
"I feel that this action is counterproductive to the future of Immigration and Workers' Rights efforts in this country," Mahony wrote. "The purpose of this Freedom Ride is precisely to support the reform of Immigration and Workers' Rights Legislation and to promote similar issues including the unity of families. We strongly support this initiative that continues the work of (Mexico's) President Vicente Fox and yourself."
Mahony, head of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles, lamented the decrease in efforts on immigration reform in the last two years.
"Sadly, those efforts suffered a tremendous slowdown after the tragic events of September 11, 2001," he wrote.
Everyone aboard the buses was released after questioning.

Yumy, your post about Jews and Catholics is too simple. The Jews, are the same cryptic hater hive agent they have always been. The Catholic church is not the U.S. Catholic church of 1890 and is nothing, but filth and anti white open border, rear ending bunch of fudge packers. Remember Father Coughlin, was removed from radio by the corrupted cat turd church.. All the good whites, have been driven out of the church. Any white man who goes a Catholic church today is not to be trusted, it is very whoish. I was raised Catholic and my Mother is a Southern Batist, and 100% rebel.. The old Catholic church supported Jefferson Davis and sent letters to the U.S. govt for his safety and humane treatment in 1865. Nun's pressed money in to Jefferson Davis's hand I read while he was confined..The Catholic church today is a shell, of every thing that was America, from Maytag to Greyhound, nothing has pride or proffessionalism. NO one unless your a writer and need to have have any cable or Direct Dish..

Gen. Butler, that's a pretty good summation of some of what's happened to Catholicism. Look at the difference between 1963 and 2003. It's incredible.

To comment on Cardinal Mahony, it was under his tutelage that a modernist, multiculti Catholic church was built somewhere in Los Angeles about a year or two ago. The Catholic Church has discarded its White congregation and its Eurocentric foundation for so long that it pities me to see White people continue to worship there. The original Latin/Byzantine Rite churches are a step in the right direction but as long as the Novus Ordo establishment refuses to accept and continues to underestimate them, then its White congregation will continue to be blind sheeple.

Kurt, good writing is a skill, yes. I will try to proof my post's a little better.. I only posted this to let you know I could not edit my post the next day.. I presume you have only so much time to edit. So again, I will work on it. One more thing, these are glum time's for allot of U.S. with with our unrepresentative Representative's open border in your face treason, as they are a low brow slime. In a perfect world the so called man of God "Mahony" would be arrested along with the the Criminal's in the District of Criminals, recieveing swift trials.The our Newpaper's would be cleaned up fast, and replacement's with good grammar would called on for U.S. Perhaps could help out as a new W.N. writer, ending the treason bastards writing articles stating the 14th amendmenet mean's you have to educate African's and Mexican's whehter you like or not! Plus house and feed them and enjoy our water shortage's etc.. Night
