Despite a slew of gimmicks aimed at reversing the slide, 10.3 million viewers ââ¬â an all-time low ââ¬â tuned in to watch Saturday's three-hour telecast, Nielsen Media Research (search) said Tuesday.

You watch the beauty hoping for the hottest girl to win. But, you know that most likely a relatively ugly woman is going to win because she's going to get points for being non-white. Where's the joy in knowing your favorite will lose?
Even many liberals talk a big multicultural game, but when it comes to their own personal lives, they're conservatives and realists. They turn the channel , flee the high crime and racism of black neighborhoods, and try to pay the lowest taxes possible.
Political Correctness hasn't just killed the chances of the right girl to win, it has made the whole show less appealing. They did away with the requirement of high heels in the swimsuit competition because it was deemed demeaning. Hello, this is a beauty pagent, not a brain bowl.

You know the ratings for Miss America have dropped down the crapper when they had to weed through the woodwork to get Faux News Babe-wannabe Greta Van Susteren as a judge.

That pic of the "retiring" "beauty" crowning this year's screaming Miss Bonobo says it all. Even the dimmest White couch taters can see through this bullshit, and are voting with their clickers accordingly.

I'll tell ya' NB. If I'm having a rough or down day, I can always count on you, Il Ragno or Madrussian to state the truth in a fashion that gets me laughing, and into a somewhat better mood.

Yes, that one image alone at the end of this year's pageant means a million fewer people will be watching next year.

Now all we need to really make the point is a White girl willing to sue to be included in Miss Black America. Hey, fair is fair, right?

Yah know, I was thinking, as NeoNeitzsche and I watched the start of this latest "The Bachelor" (yes, guilty pleasure! We LIKE cinderella stories!), they ALWAYS include one or two black girls -- at least one of whom is REQUIRED to be kept over to the second episode at least ({shudder} this time Bachelor Bob's mommy even recommended one as a very beautiful girl! How P.C.! :yucky: ). And I thought -- why don't they just give the damned blacks their OWN Bachelor show! And two thoughts immediately leaped into my mind -- 1- NO ONE would bother to watch! 2- Where the hell would they find a black bachelor who wanted to court and marry a black woman (or, for that matter court and marry AT ALL!?! :angry: )
But I'm annoyed that one of the WHITE girls is chucked from the show in order to let one of the black girls be kept on... to PROVE the show isn't discriminatory! :dung:
