"The feel-good" attitude is really terrifying.
But I like the general idea of planting a seed of philosophy into troubled minds - the thing is, it should not be a seed of pacification, a sort of a lullaby to put the baby back to comfortable sleep; it should be the seed of revolt, the seed of intellectual openness, of questioning trends, authority, set goals. The seed, that should help get rid of intellectual lazyness and drowsy existence in semisleep-sort-of-life.
