El Topo
Then again it's been a while. Maybe El Topo was shit, too.
I watched El Topo the first time while drunk off my ass, and I liked it. That's when I recommended it to O'Zebedee. It was after re-viewing it that I wrote the above quoted post. I don't know, maybe I'm asking too much from a film that, as you say, is intented to be just a joke.
The House of Rothschild. You'll never ever see it on tv, but you can find it on youtube in parts.
The Vicious Kind (2009)

Mediocre movie with few redeeming qualities (some humorous moments here and there). Shallow, paper-thin characters, predictable story. Avoid at all costs.
The Age Of Innocence

I could only watch the first hour of this film. I don't find any appeal in the irritating antics of fin-de-siecle degenerates - not even the exuberant aesthetics can compel me to spend another hour with this film. I watched "The Departed" yesterday, it's amazing to think that the same person directed both works.
I'm downloading it in spanish now, to give it to my mother. I'm sure she'll enjoy it.
Yes, Moon was great. I didn't find the Kevin Spacey-voiced smiley HAL ripoff as amusing as the rest of the audience did, though.
