The thing is that it's not all that bad in this clip as compared to what I've seen in certain parts of London. Here you see guys pissing right on the street and the immense amount of fast food all over the sidewalks, but there's far less roaming packs of drunken people and I haven't seen any groups of drunks sitting on the curbs.

It is a spectacle though and the one guy is right to point out that they behave the same way overseas as they do at home.

When I was on vacation in the Dominican, the brits were the worst.
Classless fucks who thought their shit didn't stink, getting Piss drunk in the early afternoon heckling families and workers.
Throwing garbage wherever they felt, shoving at the bars starting fights.

The Best from that part were the people i met from wales, very polite and fun loving people.
