"Lord Horror" was the first book since "Last Exit to Brooklyn" to be banned in the UK. The spin-off "Lord Horror" and "Meng and Eckert" comic books are still banned here, I believe. There is a cover version of New Order's "Blue Monday" somewhere recorded under the "Lord Horror" name too, but it doesn't seem to be on youtube.
The sequel, "Motherfuckers: The Auschwitz of Oz" has extensive excerpts available on google books.
