I guess this is a bit late for "introducing" myself but: I am male, my age is irrelevant, and I am interested in science (in the sense of knowledge that actually improves and is self-correcting), not in "theory" or "erudition" for its own sake, with its infinite convolutions and zero progress. I'm also not the least bit interested in discussing individual "personalities", even if I find them to be repulsive etc. - those who partake in open discussion about such matters deserve every bit of it.

I am Omniel (formerly Thaumiel), the j/Jew from thePhora. I am finding it a bit low brow and excessively antisemitic to the extent of wishing me poisoned and burned. I can tolerate antisemitism, even dislike many and consider them the cause of many problems. Israel Bergstein recommended this site and it looks like it might be my kind of place. I would also like to upload a file detailing the comments made by 'moderator' Basil Faulty who twice attempted to have them removed from the forum. Luckily Akhnaton restored them. It appears there is some politics there. My suggestion that if a man threatens to poison and burn me (and my family by implication) I WILL go to the police. This is too much like oinking to them, so I have been banned instead. Here is the file:
