The live set is notorious because he simply took the crowd sounds from a Kinks live album and added it to his; during one of his songs you can hear people enthusiastically shouting for Lola .

Back in 1988 for Easter I made my first trip to NYC while I was visiting family in Greenwich, Connecticut. I stumbled across 98.7 Kiss-FM and the Saturday night show hosted by Kool DJ Red Alert. I taped everything off of the radio and listened to these cassettes for years. So much awesome material. Red Alert used to cue up to copies of the same record and cut between the two throughout the show. It's where I was introduced to JVC-Force and of course, Ultramagnetic MCs.
