When YouTube doesn't like a video they "viewcount suppress" it. This one was on suppression mode when it first came out, and for months after that. That means actually viewcount does not show, but lower numbers. You can test a video and find out. Pretty much all the videos on our account here are viewcount-suppressed by YouTube. This is very common and many accounts, with messages or info YouTube doesn't like (like 9-11 info), get suppressed in this way.
